Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

We know you’re excited to receive your parcel!

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

2. Shipping Times

Once dispatched, your Fluff package is on its way!

• Standard Delivery: Most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers. While we do our best to meet these windows, external factors (like peak holiday seasons or extreme weather) may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Note: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Fluff is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
